Kimberly G. Bell, MHA, FACHE, CPHIMS, PMP, PCMH CCE
Kim is a healthcare executive with over 15 years of experience in hospital operations and physician practice management. She has held positions with increasing responsibility in both for- and not-for-profit acute care hospitals, academic medical centers, and ambulatory care/group practice settings with organizations including Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) Health System, Grady Health System and Tenet Health System. Kim has direct EHR implementation experience with McKesson Practice Partner and NextGen, and has successfully led group practice transitions to EHR and practice management/billing systems.
Board certified in healthcare management, Kim is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE), and member of various professional associations including the National Association of Health Services Executives (NAHSE), Health Information Management Systems Society (HIMSS) and the Project Management Institute (PMI). She also holds the credentials Certified Professional in Health Information and Management Systems (CPHIMS) and Project Management Professional (PMP). Kim is also a Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) Certified Content Expert (CCE) with the competency and knowledge to lead physician practices to PCMH Recognition, and serves as PCMH Application Reviewer for the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA). Kim is a graduate of the Medical College of Virginia at Virginia Commonwealth University and Virginia Tech where she earned the degrees Master of Health Administration and Bachelor of Science, respectively.
Crystal Kinnard, M.ED, PMP, PCMH CCE
Crystal is a senior Health Information Technology (HIT) professional with over 20 years of IT operations and project management experience. She is also a Georgia-licensed (T-5 level) educator who has held responsibility for several multi-million dollar projects to foster outreach and engagement of providers throughout the state of Georgia in the areas of HIT, Meaningful Use (MU) and Electronic Health Record (EHR) technology.
Crystal is currently a member of the Healthcare Information Management Systems Society (HIMSS) and the Project Management Institute (PMI) from which she earned the Project Management Professional (PMP) credential. She is also is a Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) Certified Content Expert (CCE). Crystal holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Information Systems from Howard University and a Master’s degree in Business Education from the University of West Georgia.
Anisha Ali-McDole, BSN, RN, MPH
Anisha is a Registered Nurse with over ten years of experience in adult trauma and critical care medicine, nursing education and EHR workflow design, programming, and support. In the last 6 years, she has facilitated the implementation of multi-million dollar projects from inception to installation. Anisha has worked with multi-vendor platforms within the healthcare industry, including Epic, McKesson, and Allscripts. Her client base is physician practices, inpatient pharmacies, and clinicians. She also has experience in grant writing and supply chain management.
Anisha holds a Bachelor of Nursing degree and a Master’s in Public Health with a concentration in Health Policy and Management, both from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. She is currently pursuing the Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland.
